The apartments are located near the edge of Leighton Buzzard and provide excellent access by road to Dunstable, Aylesbury and Milton Keynes, eliminating the need to drive through the town during any commute the new owner may have. A short walk from the apartment is Grovebury Retail Park which has both Aldi and Marks & Spencer supermarkets – perfect for your weekly essentials, B&M Home Store, kfc and a Costa Coffee shop among others. By taking a leisurely walk through the nearby Parsons Recreation Ground, Leighton Buzzard High Street and its choice of pubs, cafés, restaurants and shops can be reached in approximately 10 minutes. There is a lift that services all of the apartments above the ground floor should the new owner require one.

The apartment itself is located on the second floor and it is in wonderful condition throughout.

All of the accommodation is accessed via the entrance hall which also provides a great to put your shoes and hang your coats.

The living area is open plan and two large windows to the side allow sun light to flow through the room. There is space to comfortably fit both a two- and three-seater sofa and still have enough room for a dining table.

At the back of the living area is the kitchen which has hard flooring, allowing any spillages to be easily cleaned up. The kitchen consists of a mixture of both base and eye level units and has more than enough worktop space to prepare meals. There are integral appliances, including a slimline dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, oven and extractor hood. There is additional space for a fridge/freezer.

Back across the entrance hall you will find the double bedroom which is large enough to comfortably fit all the furniture you would need in a bedroom. Fitted shelving in the corner of the bedroom makes for a great bookshelf or somewhere to display photos and ornaments.

A fresh, fully tiled bathroom with a W/C, wash hand basin, p-shaped bath with shower over it and a heated towel rail completes the accommodation.

Outside of the apartment, parking is provided by a carport to the rear and an additional allocated parking space to the front.
