The current homeowner is a very warm and friendly lady in her 60's. She is incredibly independent and physically capable. She is looking for some companionship; someone to join her in preparing and sharing an evening meal, some light chores around the home and the reassurance of an overnight presence in her home.
The ideal sharer will be male or female, open minded, chatty and with a good sense of humour. They can be studying, working full time or part time, but should have some time available during their week and especially in the evenings to offer their time.
The property is a very well maintained flat. The sharer has a double bed in a large room with lots of storage space. There is a shared bathroom with shower.
The sharer is welcome to use of the rest of the home including the kitchen, lounge and will have access to a shared garden.
We have various policies in place to allow shares to take place during the Covid Pandemic and safety of both parties is our first priority.
