Having lived here for over 30years, it is time to move on with the next chapter of my life & let another family make memories in this lovely family home.
I raised my family in this spacious 4 bedroom family home and have plenty of happy memories of them growing up & of sleepovers with the grandkids too. It was so handy having the downstairs loo & side access, especially when we had the conservatory installed (& when we put the trampoline up for the grandkids).
It is both lovely and practical having a house in this location as it is close enough for schools and the bustling high street, but enough of a short walk away to have a peaceful vibe. In fact my kids commuted to the City for work as the mainline station isn’t that far away, neither are the main A roads which makes Billericay a great commuter Town (my son also commuted by motorbike too).
My most favourite feature is the conservatory and garden which is perfect for sitting in with my morning coffee and for supervising the grandkids when they were playing outside. I love the layout of the house as the kitchen is enclosed meaning there is less chance of any accidents for little ones and when I have dinner parties, my guests can’t see the mess in the kitchen from my creations.
Tyelands itself is a great mix of young and old people, I shall miss my amazing neighbours when I leave. This is a lovely property looking for someone who wants to put their own stamp on it.
