Directions

From Bury St Edmunds proceed east on the A14 taking the exit marked Elmswell/Woolpit. Continue through the village of Elmswell and into Wetherden. In the centre of Wetherden take the left turn opposite the Maypole public house and continue into Haughley Green. Proceed through the village of Bacton and at the T junction turn left and into the village of Cotton.
Turn right onto Blacksmiths Lane and then left into Cotton Lane. The property is part way up the lane on the right.
