Tegryn provides for primary school and community hall, chapel and public house. Llanfyrnach provides for a church and road haulage company depot. The market village of Crymych is some 3 miles distant and provides for an array of everyday facilities.

Directions: On entering the village of Llanfyrnach from the direction of either Hermon or Blaenwaun you will turn onto the road for Cwmcych, by the Mansel Davies depot. Carry on along the road and after going over a small bridge before leaving the village, you will turn left. Carry on along this minor road and once you have passed ‘Nantweirglodd Isaf’ on the left hand side, the gateway to the land will be on the right hand side with our ‘For Sale’ board erected. There is also a gateway on the right hand side opposite ‘Mansion House’ (property after Brick Row cottages).

Description: The land comprises of two gently sloping enclosures, being boundary fenced for sheep and with three gateways out to the district road. A wooded dingle of some ¾ acre lies between both – the natural water source runs down through this area.

The land is suited for either grazing or cropping purposes and is in general good heart, with a few natural wettish areas. Alternatively, the land could be suited for afforestation purposes with the emphasis nowadays of carbon footprint etc.
