Initially, it was the beautiful Art Deco architecture that drew me to buy in this building, followed by the huge windows and high ceilings once i'd had a chance to view the place. You get so much natural light in this apartment, and it's huge for a one-bed. I've used half the mezzanine as an office space and the other half as a guest room, which is big enough for a king-size bed. Decent water pressure can be difficult to come by in Brighton, but the shower in this place is great. Outside, you've got the gated car park underneath the building, and the surrounding area has had a big makeover since I bought back in 2015. If walking is your thing, there's a lovely route to Lewes over the Downs that only takes a couple of hours.
