Decent water pressure can be difficult to come by in Brighton, but the shower in this place is great. Outside, you've got the gated car park underneath the building, and the surrounding area has had a big makeover since I bought back in 2015. If walking is your thing, there's a lovely route to Lewes over the Downs that only takes a couple of hours.
