I've loved living in this flat. The location couldn't be better: Columbia Road is a few streets away, and you can walk to Broadway Market, London Fields and Victoria Park in less than 15 minutes—everything you need is on the doorstep. The area is buzzy, with lovely people, and there are endless restaurants, cafes, shops, yoga studios and gyms to explore. I'm a regular at London Fields Lido for morning swims before work.

Although the area is vibrant, the flat itself is set away from any main roads, so it's incredibly quiet. It's also well designed, so it's cosy in the winter, cool in the summer and cheap and easy to heat and run.

The roof terrace garden was a game-changer for me. My partner and I do workouts on the roof or have friends over for drinks. It's magical to watch sunsets and sunrises with that 360-degree view. I haven't seen a better rooftop garden in London!
