"This has been a perfect first property for me. With everything so modern inside the flat the last 3 and a half years has been completely problem free and i've not had to do any repairs. The living room come kitchen is perfect for hosting friends and I love how much sun it gets throughout the day. It's also been a great size for my little border terrier (in case you have pets) - i don't think he wants to leave, and with access to the shared
garden too. It's so easy to get to Walthamstow and Leyton too, and a short bus ride to Hackney. Also, everyone in the other flats is lovely and friendly. Though this flat has the luxury of its own front door, which is the only one in the block to have it. Having a shared parking and garage is such a bonus too. I hope you love this place as much as I have."
