Recommendation from current tenant - I can highly recommend the flat. The block is well maintained and the management company are responsive. There’s allocated parking too. The flat itself is well maintained, the bathroom is pretty new, bedroom very well sized with large quality fitted wardrobes, kitchen spacious with high quality neff appliances throughout and I love the view from the living room. You can see for a few miles. The neighbours are all nice, polite and keep noise levels low even during lockdowns when we were all at home most of the time. The new neighbour moving in across the landing is lovely too. The location is great, very central tucked just between really popular suburbs. There’s are Waitrose and Aldi within 10 mins walk along with bars and restaurants. There’s also loads of green space within walking distance with Meanwood Valley on the doorstep.
