We have wholeheartedly enjoyed our time at Coppermill lane. We have been very fortunate to live amongst really lovely neighbours within in the building, everyone is friendly and makes efforts to create a nice homely atmosphere. Being set towards the rear of the property it is noticeably very quiet and peaceful even though we are so near to the market. There is no flat above so noise really is to a minimum. Overall Coppermill Lane has been a perfect first home in an amazing location, with all the benefits of city living right on the doorstep, but the flat itself being a cosy safe haven! One of the many benefits of the property is that all decisions regarding communal spaces and building upkeep, repairs and maintenance etc are discussed and made jointly between the owners. New job opportunities have taken us out of the city, but we will be sad to go and I hope the new owner will enjoy as much as we have.
