My name is Alex Clarke - let me tell you all about the house and if you want to see it you can give me a call. Just in case you don't know where Llanddulas is it is in between Old Colwyn and Abergele. This house is on the main road as you go through. It has open plan front garden (lawn), and an enclosed rear garden and one car parking space. Going in through the front door you are in a little porch that leads you into the Living Room (with a fitted log effect electric fire). The kitchen is at the front of the house, off the living room, facing the main road. There is a fitted electric oven and a gas hob.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms - the master bedroom is at the back of the house (it has an suite shower room with a toilet and fitted cupboards). The bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink (no shower). The house is well presented and is available from 1st August 2021. Unfortunately I cannot arrange viewings before 1st August.
