And with just an 8 minute walk to the tube it provides a fantastic balance of life in London. We love being in the house which has both bright open spacious feeling areas and also snuggly hygge vibes in the living room and bedrooms. Then also garden life with barbecues on the patio, lying out on the grass or gardening, eating, reading or doing yoga out on the decking. We also love stepping out into our local area with it’s the friendly neighbourhood feel and the amazing community spirit. Life in the Village with brunch and amazing food at Eat 17, getting the best fish n chips from Orford Rd, and all the other options for eating out; up by God’s Own Junkyard and all the breweries for a night out, and so many great pizza places with Yard Sale and So Do (Hoe St), and The Italian Bakery (St James St). Due to the many transport links the whole of London feels at your fingertips! We really love swimming at Parliament Hill Lido and walking on Hampstead Heath and door to door it only takes 25 minutes from Walthamstow Queens Rd! Which is a huge bonus!
