We are moving out because the living arrangements didn't work for us (we no longer wish to live together) but the flat is to be sorely missed - so bad I thought about just renting it out all by myself (but it's a bit too expensive)
You will be taking over the contract we have with Foxtons. It started in April 24, and will end next year then. You should you wish to extend the contract, you can discuss this with the landlord directly.
