We are a married couple aged 57 and 62 and have a double room available now . Room has double bed wardrobe chest of drawers built in shelves and hanging space laundry basket and bin and long mirror no TV in room but ethernet cable to connect to TV or game console. Shared kitchen toilet and bathroom and living room . We are close to shops bus stops doctors dentist chippies etc . We have front garden kept tidy and large back garden with gazebo and car port in all kept tidy . House clean and tidy I don't work but husband does he gets up at 4.30 in morning for work so want someone clean tidy quiet and respectful . No loud noises after 10.30. Cos of hubby getting up for work . I enjoy gardening watching soaps nature and movies . Husband likes tottering about in his greenhouse and playing on PS4 and movies . We have a lodger already in other a 33 year old young man who is quiet clean tidy and respectful . He works nights . Want someone about our ages but would consider someone younger like we did with lodger we have now . Also consider someone with a small dog as we lost our shihtzu fur baby 10 months ago . Want someone long term minimum 12 months onwards. No party animals or alcoholics or drug users . Rent is 100 pound a week we ask you pay a month's rent in advance plus a refundable deposit of 50 pound . We just like things quiet and tidy .
