Owners insight "Having moved to Torquay in the 1980's to run a guest house, my late husband and I retired to a larger bungalow just around the corner about eighteen years ago, then downsizing six years ago to Padacre Road. I love the location and everything the bungalow offers, although the time has come to downsize once more. I will certainly miss sitting in the conservatory with the doors wide open looking into the garden, which is relatively low maintenance. I do not personally drive, but the private parking and garage have also been big attributes when family and friends visit, and for storage."

step inside A gentle stepped approach rises to a composite front door with stained glass detailing opening to the entrance vestibule with boiler cupboard. Inner door opening to the sitting/dining room with window to the front enjoying an open outlook. The kitchen is tastefully fitted with a range of light flush fronted units in high gloss and solid oak working surfaces with inset sink unit. Provisions for range cooker, washing machine and dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer. Under unit pelmet lighting and window. Obscure glazed door to the conservatory with side windows, glazed roof and full width bi-folding doors opening to the paved garden. Inner hall leading to the double bedrooms and shower room. Bedroom 1 with a comprehensive range of fitted wardrobes and picture window to the front. Bedroom 2 with window enjoying views over the rear garden. The shower room has tastefully been fitted with a white suite of corner shower cubicle, vanity unit and WC. Fully tiled walls, heated towel rail, extractor fan and obscure window.

Step outside The rear garden is a particular attraction of the property, fully enclosed with walled and fenced boundaries, arranged for low maintenance with paved terracing and raised flower and shrub borders. The garden leads to an open storage area with personal door to the rear of the garage. A secure gate leads to the front of the property with a well planned garden with mature hedged boundaries.

Driveway parking for 2/3 vehicles leading to the garage with up and over door, power, lighting and double glazed window.
