House For Sale £675,000
Elphinstone Road, Walthamstow, London E17

Description
A 3 bedroom, mid-terrace Walthamstow classic with a large garden, close to transport links, 10 acres of green space at Lloyd Park and a short walk from the cultural hub of the Village.

This is the area people moving to E17 often want to get to, it’s a 20 minute walk or a 7 minute cycle to Walthamstow Central Station, there are lots of schools, a Village community, you’re near to green space, independent shops and cafes and famous pubs The Bell & The Dog and Duck.

Step into one of the original terraced Warner homes, famous during the Victorian and Edwardian eras for the quality of their design and workmanship, and throughout the home there are stripped wood floors and original fireplaces.

Every area of the home has a strong line and purpose, with the bonus of a dining area away from the kitchen, creating a versatile layout with loads of potential to adapt to your homelife. The established garden is large, with a shed and interesting areas in which to relax.

The kitchen is filled with natural light and includes a utility area. The bedrooms are two doubles and a single, with plenty of storage and throughout, the home feels spacious and yet cosy and welcoming. A property that’s a great mix of traditional and contemporary in a fantastic location. We should go and see it, what do you think?

In The Owners Words...

We love the location of this house for many reasons. Lloyd Park round the corner is great for walks and the weekly farmers and food market as well as a quick visit to the William Morris Gallery for art and delicious cakes. Being close to the Victoria line makes getting across London easy - its 20 minutes into Oxford Circus - despite our location next to Europe's largest wetlands and Epping Forest. The house itself has a great light and is an all seasons house with a lovely garden for entertaining in the summer and a cosy reception for the winter. The neighbours all very friendly and it feels safe and community focused. The house has so much scope for further development. If we could take this house with us to our next destination we most definitely would!
