A word from the owners..."We have loved living here, the private outdoor space, shared gardens and quick access to Epping Forest have made it such a lovely tranquil place to spend time. During the lockdown it really felt like living at a retreat.
The development is gated with plenty of parking spaces which can only be accessed by residents. There is also a pedestrian gate straight into the forest for walks, bike rides and picnics.
There is a really friendly neighbourly vibe among the people who live in the flats and houses that make up Buxton House. The flat is really large and benefits from big storage cupboards and an additional external lock up which is good for bikes, camping equipment, prams and such like.
The close proximity of Snaresbrook tube, Wood Street Overground and Wanstead High Street have meant we have enjoyed everything London has to offer. It is a short drive to the A406 and M11 for easy access to supermarkets and for longer trips out of London. Wanstead is a lovely place to live with many restaurants, pubs and good schools. The local shops and farmers market are excellent and shopping is hassle free.
We intended to raise our children here, but as our jobs are relocating to the other end of the country we are reluctantly selling. We will be very sad to leave such a lovely flat in a very special part of London."
