A word from the owners...

"This is without a doubt our favourite residence in London (and we have had many) due to the community spirit of the people on the street and in Poets Corner generally. We are a stones throw from so many different amenities including Walthamstow Station, Lloyd Park and the Village to name a few and we have never had so many eateries and drinking places to frequent as we have since living here. We love the flat and it has been a labour of love to bring it up to the standard that it is now.
The flat is extremely large and the shed is insulated so is ripe for conversion to any manner of uses, so feels more like living in a house due to its size and the fact that we are semi detached and have a lovely garden to relax in and to entertain in. I think we will struggle to find a sitting room as large as this even though we are upsizing to a house.
There is no way we would leave this lovely home of ours if it were not for the fact that we are moving to the coast as it is such a joy to live here and we will be very sad to say goodbye to it.
I hope whoever buys it enjoys it as much as we have."
