The living accommodation includes a spacious and inviting lounge/dining areas - perfect for relaxing in the evening after a busy day at the beach, modern, fully functioning and well-equipped fitted kitchens along with most benefitting from two or three double and twin bedrooms, some with luxury ensuite bathrooms and shower rooms as well as contemporary styled family bathrooms. The lodges really do have everything you could want and need for a family getaway at your home from home. All lodges are all sited on superb plots with every Cliff House plot having a garden and space for car parking along with some having lovely views of woodland or looking out to the sea!

Cliff House Holiday Park is located in Dunwich, Suffolk, a lovely seaside village close to the Coastal Towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh and it comprises an array of luxury lodge holiday homes within 30 acres of beautiful scenery. Situated directly on the gorgeous heritage coast close to Southwold and Walberswick the lodge is perfectly located to enjoy and relax in the surrounding countryside including Dunwich Heath which is on your doorstep - If you love nothing more than a long walk beside the sea, a brisk stroll before lunch, cycling along quiet lanes, sailing iconic estuaries, or spending hours quietly watching some of the UK's rarest wildlife, the beautiful landscape of the Suffolk Coast & Heaths aonb has it all.

Dunwich is a coastal village within Suffolk and is 7 miles south of Southwold features a wealth of restaurants, pubs, takeaways, Dunwich Museum and more. The holiday park features their own bar and restaurant which offer a comprehensive and full menu and cater for functions, events, business training days and parties.

Please note the lodges at Cliff House Holiday Park are available for use and occupancy for 10.5 months of the year, with the site closing for the winter season (mid January-February).

We have been advised by the holiday park that the plots (not including the lodges) are leasehold and there are approx. 99 years remaining on the lease (this will be confirmed for each individual plot) with a service charge (pitch fee) for 2020 of £5,330 and includes water, sewage and refuse collection. You are not required to pay council tax on the property.

Electricity is individually metered and is approximately £100 per season, dependant on usage. The holiday lodge is insured on a 'new for old basis' with a low excess and is a fixed rate agreed at £360 per year plus contents.
