Planning


Detailed planning application ref. P/2020/0645 was approved on appeal on 12th April 2021 granting consent for the demolition of an existing garage and construction of a new detached dwelling adjacent to 9 Miranda Road. A s.73 application ref. P/2021/0812 was validated on 8th July 2021 seeking amendments to the approved design and is currently under consideration by Torbay Council. Copies of these planning documents and associated reports are available in electronic format from the Agents upon request.
Utilities


The Agents are advised that the new dwelling is proposed to connect into an existing (private) foul sewer located on the plot and other mains services including mains water, electricity and BT connections are available in Miranda Road.
