Application 20/01004/ol was refused by North East Derbyshire District Council on the 15th January 2021. However, an appeal was made to The Planning Inspectorate and the appeal was allowed reference app/R1038/W/21/3269254, therefore granting outline permission (with all matters reserved) for the erection of one bespoke family home with access off Birkin Lane.
