The entrance would be shared with us, and you would have use of our kitchen and dining facilities for your meals, and are welcome to use the garden too. The pictures show both the shared facilities on the ground floor, and the top floor rooms that would be all yours. We are looking for £1,000 pcm for the whole top floor, and this includes Wifi, all bills, and your floor will be cleaned by our cleaner each week.
We are looking for a quiet, respectful tenant who we can trust to live in our family home. We are a professional couple – both teachers – and we work long hours in the week. The other members of our household are Bobby our dog and Mushu our cat, who you can see from the pictures are amazing. My 7-year-old son Zack also spends two nights a week here.
