Beautiful 2 bed cottage tucked away in Hampstead
Your room:
This is currently my office as you can see in the pictures it has all my equipment in it at the moment but I will move this into my room before you move in.
The room has the luxury of a built in wardrobe with shelves, which can store a lot in it. There is a platform built in for a single mattress if you would rather have that than a double bed in the room. It is cosier than the master but would be a excellent room for a working professional. Ideally someone who does not work from home, as I will be in the property full time and the internet isn’t the best. We are in bit of a black spot in here. To try and solve this there are 2 routers, a 4G and BT hub. We are hoping to be connected with the Heath Street fibre optic soon. Nb: The current internet connection will not support two people on video calls all day.
About you:

i’d like someone who is sociable, good fun, is a foodie but respects and treats the cottage like it’s their own home.
As there are 2 dachshunds in the house, being dog friendly is a must to live here.
About me:
I’m Sash, i’m 30 and I currently live in the cottage alone at the moment as my ex-partner has moved out. We have a 18 months of our contract left so long-term lets are preferred as whoever moves in will need to pay half the deposit amount (the amount listed). I’m looking for someone to fill the spare room. I currently occupy the master bedroom which is next to the bathroom.
I work as a Research Manager at a medical market research company, so sometimes work for extended hours during the week and occasionally on weekends. I work completely remotely and am in the property for most of the day.
I am sociable, relaxed but work hard during the week and am more than likely to be in the pub on Saturday or Sunday. I like to have friends over for supper and will be chilling in the living room area downstairs on a weeknight, so there’s always something going on in the house. I’m always up for a drink or walk if that floats your boat too!
The dogs:
I have 2 miniature dachshunds called Bao and Hopper who will be your other housemates, they are very cuddly sausages and love meeting new people. They are crated in the living room area downstairs at night, but if it’s a problem they can be moved to my room. They do have the freedom of the house during the day but bedrooms are off limits to them as long as the doors are closed! I will begin to travel more with work as the covid-19 restrictions are lifted, the dogs will go to a trusted sitter when this starts again.
I do keep the cottage extremely clean due to the dogs and generally I like to keep things clean and tidy. Your room is up to you, however, it would be great to have someone who will help out in the common areas of the cottage. I. E. Put their things in the dishwasher, help unload it and tidy things away where possible.
Neighbours:
We have lovely neighbours next door and across the yard from us, who have occasional get togethers in front of the houses which is rare in London. It’s a really special and lovely place to live!
Area:
Approximately a 10 minute walk from the Heath.
Lots of bakeries, cafes and more importantly pubs in the area to try!
5 minute walk from Tesco Express, Jeroboams (wine shop) and 10 minutes from the Hampstead Butcher.
Travel:
Well connected to get to anywhere in London!
Tube - 2 minutes from Hampstead tube station (Northern line), 20 minute walk to Finchley Road tube station (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines).
Overground - 15 minute walk to Hampstead Heath overground, 25 minute walk to West Hampstead overground.
Bus - Buses from next to the station as well taking you to Swiss Cottage or St. John’s Wood alternatively to Belsize Park and Primrose Hill.
