A word from the owner.....

"We have absolutely loved living here for the last five years. It's been our first home together and we're really sad to be leaving. It's a light, bright and peaceful home with a separate lounge space and large dine-in kitchen - great for dinner parties. We've really enjoyed renovating and redecorating the flat, and landscaping the garden, during our time here. The private garden is a real highlight - it's perfect for entertaining friends and for a relaxed glass of wine at the end of the day in the evening sun. There's also lots of storage space in the mini basement! The flat is in a perfect spot and really well connected - St James Street Station is round the corner and Blackhorse Road underground is just ten minutes away. Being so close to Walthamstow marshes and Wetlands has been amazing - it's perfect for weekend walks and bike rides. The food and drink scene is brilliant with local cafes, restaurants, breweries and bars all just short stroll away. Hazelwood Road has a great sense of community with everyone looking out for each other and often getting together for a street party. We'll miss this road and our neighbours - we hope the new owners love it here as much as we have."
