"We have absolutely loved living here for the last five years. It's been our first home together and we're really sad to be leaving. It's a light, bright and peaceful home with a separate lounge space and large dine-in kitchen - great for dinner parties. We've really enjoyed renovating and redecorating the flat, and landscaping the garden, during our time here. The private garden is a real highlight - it's perfect for entertaining friends and for a relaxed glass of wine at the end of the day in the evening sun. The flat is in a perfect spot and really well connected - St James Street Station is round the corner and Blackhorse Road underground is just ten minutes away. Being so close to Walthamstow marshes and Wetlands has been amazing - it's perfect for weekend walks and bike rides.
