Station Road, Eynsford, Dartford DA4

Description
Walking through the covered porch and into the tiled entrance hall, you catch a glimpse of the stunning modern kitchen/diner which is the centrepiece of this home. With its beautiful tiled floor and contemporary lighting, it is a modern, yet inviting space perfect for entertaining family and guests alike, and the bi-folding doors leading out into the garden really open up the space in the summer months. The living room is parallel to the kitchen and so forms a U shape downstairs open-plan space, while still giving a sense of separation with each area having its own defined zone. Through a door in the entrance hall is the self-contained annex, providing a living room with patio doors that lead out to the rear garden and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. There is access through here to the utility and the generous garage.

On the first floor are four double bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a study. The Master bedroom is especially spacious, benefitting from a separate dressing area, ensuite shower room and Juliet balcony to enjoy the rural views beyond.

To the front of this home is a large driveway that can easily accommodate five vehicles and a picturesque grass frontage with shrubs. The rear garden is a wonderfully secluded spot, with a beautiful circular patio in the heart of the lawn.
