Location:
Little Marsh is a quiet no-through-roadon the outskirts of Semington. There is a lovely green lane footpath to the side of the house giving access to the open countryside over which it looks. Semington itself is a pretty village on a 'no through road' just four miles from the county town of Trowbridge and half an hour from Bath. With a thriving pub, primary school and Post Office, village church and wonderful walking along the adjacant Kennet and Avon Canal, there is all the beauty of country life blended with all the convenience of nearby urbanity.

Trowbridge has several large supermarkets, a station, a leisure centre and cinema complex. The town has schooling for all ages including a college, and, in the private sector, St Mary's and St Margaret's Calne, Dauntseys and Marlborough College are all nearby. For really comprehensive shopping, dining, culture and entertainment, the World Heritage City of Bath is a short train ride away.

For the energetic, there is good cycling on the towpath, rowing on the Avon at nearby Bradford on Avon and riding, golf and walking opportunites all around.

Directions:
From our office in The Market Place, head along Northgate Street towards Trowbridge. Continue down Caen Hill and, at the traffic lights take the left hand spur and continue toward Trowbridge. Go straght over the first roundabout and, at the second, take the first exit and, just before the end of the road, turn right into Little Marsh. The house is the final one at the end of the lane.
