There's no lounge but the kitchen and hall areas are spacious, and theres a nice big garden. The flat is also surrounded by countryside, so if you need more space it's all around us here :)

So things like putting dishes and pans in the dishwasher after theyve been used, wiping kitchen surfaces down and sweeping kitchen floor if it needs it, helps to put the rubbish out, doesnt keep clothes washing in machines too long after its done, doesn't play music or TV loud and especially late on week nights - you know, the usual things right :)
