Fox Island is currently made up of unmanaged woodland. In 1988 the site was used by a Wildlife Trust and previously the local Scouts. The Island has no moorings and is very overgrown. In the past the Island had a summerhouse/cabin which burnt down. Access is shown on the plan in the legal pack. This access is very overgrown. The only access at present is by boat on the River Kym.

St Neots is located just off the A1 and provides shopping and recreational facilities with a main line rail link into London Kings Cross.
