Seller’s Comments

The pylon is situated on the land the property occupies in the far-right corner. The pylon is low voltage booster and not a main line. This pylon carries 33k kV as opposed to a normal 138k kV and is very quiet and is mostly surrounded by a fence which houses logs and three raised beds still full of rhubarb, tomatoes and two fruit bushes.

My family have lived here for 17 years and there has never been any health implications – nor have the neighbours suffered due to the electricity line.

As there is a stud wall between the master and room 3, taking it down would make a great large kitchen / diner and living room. The living room could be the master, the old kitchen, another en-suite or another bedroom. A fourth bedroom could be built above this extension or it could be divided into two bungalows as there are already two drop down pavements. The options are endless.
