A word from the owner...

"I have really loved living in this flat with my partner and will be sad to say goodbye. The bedroom windows let in a great amount of light, which is lovely to wake up to every morning, and my plants love it! I never expected to cook so much over 2020, and the well-organised kitchen was a real pleasure in this regard.

The location has been an absolute life-saver during lockdown, with the Hollow Ponds and forest only a stroll away. Recently we have been enamoured by two small foxes in the evenings, and we even spotted a deer!
The council has just added a bike hangar outside the building, allowing me to get a bike. It's been so nice to go a bit farther with ease, such as to the Lea Valley, Walthamstow Wetlands, Hackney Marshes and the Olympic Village.

Francis Road is a short walk away and we often go to Yardarm for wine, Marmelo for fresh bread, the new Morny Bakehouse for the most amazing pastries and Unity Cafe for coffee. Walthamstow Village, Wanstead and Forest Gate are all also a walk away and have some excellent shops, bars and restaurants."
