Security Deposit

Default Fees
*Charge to change the tenancy when requested by the tenant £30

*Late Payment of Rent charged at 3% above Bank of England Base Rate in interest on the late payment of rent for each day that the payment is outstanding.
*Cost of a replacement key or security device if lost by the tenant.
