  • The kitchen is shared, and kept extremely clean and tidy at all times; the kitchen comes equipped with smart home devices, and has recently been refurbished to an extremely high standard. Each resident has their own designated cupboard, entirely for their own usage.

  • The Grand Mill has recently employed an on-site security contact, who can be phoned 24/7 in the event of anti-social behaviour, or any other concerns.
