House For Rent £850
Nash Close, Lawford, Manningtree CO11

Description
The front door leads into a tiled porch way and eventually into the living room. The living room comes equipped with a digital aerial point as well as satellite capabilities. At the back of the living room, a door leads you into the kitchen.

The kitchen is brand new and laid out in a way that makes having a dining table and chairs possible. The practical floor and tiling make the room feel clean. There is a large cupboard in the corner.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and the brand new bathroom. The main bedroom (bedroom 1) is slightly larger than average for a house of this size. Whilst bedroom 2 could take a double bed, a ¾ or single bed would work well. Both rooms are carpeted.

The clean and modern bathroom suite is brand new. An electric shower is fixed to the wall, over the bath.

The decoration is light, using neutral colours throughout, giving a light and airy feel to the place. This gives the rooms a sense of character and charm. All carpets are a neutral colour. The woodwork (banisters, door frames etc) are white gloss.

The garden is accessed by the back door in the kitchen. The garden itself consists of a paved area directly outside of the kitchen and a lawn that runs to the bottom of the garden. There are borders either side of the lawn. A well-maintained shed faces the house at the bottom of the garden. The shed is available for tenants use.

Manningtree train station is on the InterCity main line to London, and has 3 direct services per hour running to the capital Monday - Saturday daytimes taking about an hour to reach Liverpool Street station. There are also direct links to Colchester, Ipswich, Stratford, and Norwich as well as a number of other places.

Manningtree is a town that blends interest and character with practicality. It is a small town, sitting alongside the Stour Estuary so you are never very far from riverside views and long walks. There are many pubs and restaurants, and the high street has a number of small independent shops, ranging from well-packed delicatessens to art and jewellery shops, as well as the essential day-to-day supermarkets. Architecture is a mix of old and new, with plenty of development money coming into the town.

The famous ”Essex Way”, a footpath through Essex countryside from Harwich to Epping in South Essex, is within half a mile of the house, whilst the Stour estuary is just down the road. So if you enjoy the fields, the forests, or the water, this house is not far from any of them.

So if you want to achieve a balance between peaceful rural life and hectic daily schedule, then this house could be for you!
