There is a double room available in a 3 bedroom house between Tooting Broadway and Streatham. It’s £750 a month all bills included (Disney + and Netflix subscriptions).
You will be sharing the rest of the house with Julia (26) & Constantina (27) & cat Jasper.
Ideally, the new tenant will like living with housemates, our gorgeous cat Jasper and is sociable. We all have our own lives, but at the same time, it's nice to be able to watch a movie or go for a drink on an odd occasion.
In addition to the room, we have a fully furnished shared living area with television, sky tv, broadband, kitchen (and kitchen equipment), dining room, bathroom (with a really good shower/bath) and toilet is separated. A massive furnished garden and two BBQs, which is a lovely place to entertain friends.
There are parking spaces available in the street parking in the area.
Tooting Broadway is a nice busy and quirky area and we live 20 min away in the quiet side. It’s possible to take one bus from Tooting Broadway and it only takes 5 min to get to our house. There are loads of good local shops and fantastic transport links - we are about 20 minutes walk from the tube & about 10 minutes from Tooting Overground. It only takes about 25 minutes to get into Central London. There is a Tesco’s express just 7 min walk down the road and some bigger shops further down or in Tooting Broadway.
