Unicorn Court is situated on the north side of Lerwick off Ladies Drive at Gremista. To locate the property drive to the roundabout by Gremista Industrial Estate and turn up the hill into Gremista Brae. Follow the road around to the right into Ladies Drive and continue past the wooden houses on the right (Gremmasgaet, Stocketgaet & Norgaet) until you come to the painted wooden houses of Unicorn View, the road into Unicorn View being at the end far end.
