"Riverside Close is a really special place to live, we've loved our time here. It's so close to everything, but still feels like a quiet oasis.
All our favourite areas are within walking distance: There's Chatsworth Road, Clapton and Stoke Newington with their endless shops, cafes and restaurants to visit, Hackney Wick and the Olympic Park and the busy hub of Dalston. During lockdown we really lucked out with having our sun-trap garden and all of Hackney and Walthamstow Marshes on our doorstep. There's so much green space to explore, not to mention the Wetlands, walks down the canal and loads of great parks to picnic in. Plus lots of nice pubs - The Clapton Hart, The Crooked Billet, The Princess of Wales. We've been spoilt really by all the choice.
The neighbours in our block have been lovely and the Close itself is friendly and safe. It's wonderfully quiet with no through traffic, and the air quality is excellent from being next to the Marshes. Clapton, the closest overground station, is a 10 minute walk away and gets you straight to Liverpool Street or Walthamstow Central to the Victoria line which makes getting anywhere very easy.
