We have a very cheap, double room available in a 4 bedroom flat. We also have a shared living room/ dining room area, kitchen and separate shower room and toilet.
It's in an excellent location, a five minute walk to Colliers Wood station (Northern Line) or a ten minute walk into Tooting Broadway for great food and pubs. There's also a big Sainsbury's a ten minute walk away, a Co-op basically next door, as well as retail parks with lots of shops and restaurants. There's also a very convienent bus stop straight outside our front door, with a nightbus service.
The rent is £400 per month (unheard of in London!), with bills ranging from about £100, depending on the season, usually less in the nice months. The deposit is five weeks rent.
You will be living with two other guys and one girl, all pretty chilled out, sometimes enjoy a gin, but sometimes we just like to sit in bed and watch Netflix! If you're interested, drop me a message :)
