Hartlebury, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY11.

Description
Harvest house is a modern, spacious and light family house with generous parking and a beautiful landscaped rear garden. The current owners extended the property in 2004 creating a new kitchen, utility room and a principal bedroom suite. It now offers balanced accommodation with all of the rooms being well proportioned and presented. They have also refitted the bathrooms and landscaped the rear garden.

At the heart of the house is a large reception hall with a bay window, off which is a door to a downstairs cloakroom/shower room.

The focal point to the full length drawing room is a marble fireplace housing an electric log effect fire and there are glazed French doors opening to the rear terrace. Double doors from the drawing room and a door from the entrance hall open to the dining room, which also has French glazed doors opening to the rear terrace. These combined rooms create a superb entertaining space and a study with telephone plus hdmi sockets and a fitted full-length desk and wall cabinet completes the reception room accommodation.

The spacious fitted kitchen/breakfast room has an angled rear window allowing a view of the pretty garden and a glimpse of the distant countryside. Appliances include a Stoves dual fuel range cooker with an extractor hood above, a freestanding Bosch dishwasher and a tall fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a fitted utility room with space and plumbing for a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs is a wraparound galleried landing off which are five double bedrooms and a family bathroom fitted with a bath and a separate shower enclosure. The principal bedroom suite includes a dressing room fitted with hanging rails, drawers and shelving and an en suite shower room. The guest bedroom also has the benefit of an en suite shower room and all of the bathrooms are modern and well appointed.

At the front of the house is gravel parking for several vehicles and a detached double garage with an electric roller shutter door.

At the rear of the house is a large sunny paved terrace that offers a wonderful outdoor entertaining space and wraps around to the side of the house where a timber garden shed can be found. The adjacent landscaped garden has a well-manicured lawn that is edged with mature well-stocked borders of evergreen and perennial plants providing all-year-round interest and colour.
