Each self contained studio will comprise of a UK King Size Bed, En-suite shower room, a fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer, microwave convection oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. All TVs including Freeview and sky TV with selected movie and sports channels and wireless internet access throughout the property. Information regarding agreements

Notice to vacate: 14 days
Security Deposit: £250 per apartment (this can be paid using a credit or debit card and is refundable on departure following a successful inspection)

No reference checks will be required however government-issued photo id and a copy of the card used as a guarantee in the lead name of the person staying will be required.

Parking: We have no parking on-site and the closest ncp is located at Churchill Shopping Centre which is less than 5 minutes walk from the property.

In order to confirm the property, we would require the first month's rent to be received by us no later than 14 days prior to arrival or at the time of booking for arrivals within 14 days.
