Owners insight "Swallows Hatch is a wonderful house in a beautiful, peaceful location. We have really enjoyed living here and will miss it greatly. From the moment we walked in we were blown away by the views of both the sea and the glorious rolling hills of Cockington. From here we have had fantastic views of special events in the bay, like the air-show and fireworks displays. From the house we often hear the church bells ringing in Cockington and the cows in the surrounding fields.

We have had some great family parties using the dining-room, spilling out onto the wrap around terraces, and watching the sunsets over the hills. We have also enjoyed cosy nights by the fire in the living-room. The study has been a great addition to the property being fully insulated with underfloor heating, resulting in a great space to work from home.

Loxbury Road is one of Torquay's best kept secrets, many locals not realising it is here. It is very peaceful. With Cockington being 5 mins away with easy access to the seafront, the Drum inn and the shops in Walnut Road and the grammar school being so close, everything has been in walking distance.

It is going to be hard to find a home that matches what we have here, and we hope that the next owners are as happy."
