When we first saw this bungalow it immediately appealed to us as it had been totally refurbished. It was being offered in really immaculate condition with an absolutely beautifully fitted kitchen having space for a small table and chairs. There was a nicely fitted bathroom and a new en suite shower room to the main bedroom.

We have carefully maintained the bungalow while we have been living here and hope that our buyers will appreciate that they can move in with little or no work required. We also like the quiet situation - McWilliam Road is not a through road and we get very little traffic passing by, yet we are within easy reach of the main Warren Road.
