6"I love this house and am terribly sad to leave it but have relocated, so have to sell to start my new life. Ferndale avenue is, in my opinion, the best street in London. Ferndale avenue is the best street in London. The neighbours are social, helpful and you feel like you're part of a community when you live here. There is a monthly play street where the kids are invited to play in the closed road and for the grownups there's always a tipple and a cake on offer. The street is also really diverse. Some people have lived there for more than 70 years and some are newcomers to the area with young families. It's a great mix of people. My other favourite part of this home is the garden. I've put a lot of effort into making it a place to relax. It's so quiet in the garden it's hard to think you're still in the city. Get yourself a little fire pit and some fairy lights and it's the perfect place to enjoy the cool autumn nights. I built the raised beds myself and they can grow a load of food if you just put in a little effort. There's a strawberry patch under the apple tree so you'll have loads of both every year. If you're looking for a home more than just a house, this one is for you."
