You could potentially have a caravan or long term Section 75 house subject to planning and subject to the wind turbine company agreeing to this. You cannot see the wind turbine from this sheltered area so it should not be a problem.

If a purchaser bought Lot 3 they should be able to secure planning consent for a mobile home and then a section 75 house two years after running a business on the land.

your car at the gated road end and walk into the lands from there.
