Of historical interest Field Marshall Montgomery stayed here for a few months after the war. The initials carved in the bricks are dated way back into the 1920s. It's early Edwardian. Built in 1903 and the character of that era is depicted by the many arches featured throughout.
The gardens are large and beautiful to watch the seasons come and go, especially through the very grand landing window.
Whilst the house has been considerably improved there is room for further enhancement. It's not listed, there are no TPO's and it's not in a conservation area.
