Each flat has separate living room, kitchen and bedroom. The two larger flats in the older building have two bedroomed accommodation whilst all of the other flats are one bedroomed.

Services

Mains water, electricity and gas are connected (though there is no gas supply to the newer building) and drainage is to a main sewer. The older building is fitted with a gas fired central heating system operating from a modern combination boiler located at lower ground floor level. The newer building is fitted with electric storage radiators and panel heaters. Both buildings are equipped with a hardwired fire alarm system and with emergency call assist/intercom systems.

The flats are individually metered for electricity. There is a single gas meter for the gas supply in the older building. Each flat contains its own hot water cylinder, although in the case of the older building these serve only as a backup to the hot water provided by the communal combination boiler.

Condition

The accommodation is now extensively a little dated and of fairly basic standard and also that there is need or scope for attention to sundry items of routine ongoing maintenance and repair.

It is not a Listed Building nor located within a designated Conservation Area.

Tenure

The property is held on a single Freehold Title
