"This house has been an incredible home for us these past five years. We have loved entertaining guests and cooking in the open-plan kitchen/diner, with a window bringing fantastic light to the home. The configuration of the other rooms is very flexible but we appreciated having two very spacious double bedrooms as well as a perfect-sized office for home working. The garden is another amazing feature which gets the sun at different times of the day and has very handy shade from the tree for those very hot days. Perfect for morning coffees right through to cocktails! We will leave the area with a very heavy heart in relocating to be closer to family. We love the community here and have grown very attached to the people and places. The local Francis Road area has really blossomed since we arrived in 2017.
