Description
A stunning and impressive home with beautiful sea views in one of the most exclusive roads in lusty glaze. With four bedrooms, two ensuites, three reception rooms, double garage & guest annex/hot tub room!

Location: Lusty Glaze beach was crowned Beach of the Year 2017 by The Sunday Times. A stunning sheltered cove within the North Cornish resort of Newquay, famed for its beautiful golden sand, gasp inducing views and amazing sunsets. Neighbouring Lusty Glaze is Porth Beach; a firm Newquay favourite, particularly with families seeking calm waters and a large golden sand beach area, which is perfect for adults to relax and children to play. 19 Lusty Glaze Road is positioned within almost equal walking distance to both, and either can be reached on foot in only matter of minutes.

Newquay is a Cornish gem and remains one of the Nations favourite seaside towns. The town centre is less than a mile away from the property, which on foot takes in stunning cliff top sea views over the Barrowfields and Tolcarne Beach. Lusty Glaze is easily one of Newquay’s most exclusive, valuable and in demand places to live.

Summary: Situated on a private plot at the bottom of Lusty Glaze Road is this beautifully presented four bedroom detached family home with annex which enjoys magnificent sea and coastal views encompassing Porth Beach and Porth Island right through to Trevose Head in the distance.

Over the years the property has been significantly extended and refurbished throughout and now offers accommodation of over 2000 square feet! Principally the property is accessed via a spacious entrance porch which has inner glass doors leading to an open plan living area. To the centre of this is a stunning log burner and all surrounded with larger picture windows framing the sea views.

This leads through to the hallway and has double doors which open to the 28ft kitchen/dining room. The kitchen/dining room has oak flooring with under floor heating throughout. Primarily the kitchen consists of handmade shaker style units with granite work surfaces over and is beautifully designed to feature a range cooker with extractor hood over to the centre of this. There is also an integrated sink and drainer unit, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer.

From the kitchen/dining room there is a further door which leads to an impressive family room which again benefits from under floor heating and has a dual aspect view looking through to the garden, this room has integral access to the rear of the garage and further wraps around to the conservatory area which leads to the garden. The conservatory has tiled flooring again with underfloor heating throughout and two French doors leading to the garden.

The ground floor also has three double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite and a modern family bathroom.

To the first floor is the main master suite, which has velux windows and French doors to the front leading to its own personal balcony with stunning sea views right across the coastline. There is also an en-suite to the master bedroom. Within this room there is also a cupboard housing the main gas combi boiler.

Attached to the property is the double garage. This can be internally accessed via the family room or from the front through an electric roller garage door. The garage is fully insulated with plastered walls, spotlights, two storage cupboards, a separate WC and a utility area within. Within the utility area there is plumbing for washing machine and space for a tumble dryer.

Externally, the property just keeps offering more. There is a chalet/annex room to the rear of the garden which is fully insulated with an open plan bedroom/living area and its own shower room. There is ample space within this if you wish to add a kitchenette. Within this same building is also a hot tub room, a great area for entertaining which has two sets of bifold doors again looking on to the garden and towards the sea. The rear garden is mostly laid to lawn with a patio and mature shrubs around, towards the back of the garden is a separate greenhouse.

To the front of the property is a block paved driveway creating parking for multiple vehicles and side access from both sides of the house to the rear garden. There is a sun terrace to the front with lawned area which wraps around the corner of the plot. To the side of a house is more storage and a log store.

Overall, an incredibly spacious home and ideal for family living. This property is a must view and we recommend viewing to appreciate the quality of space on offer!

What we love: We absolutely love this property’s character and charm, although it has been updated over the years, there is still a sense of the 1930’s charm throughout. It has spectacular views right across the coastline which is incredibly rare to find. It is within a few minutes’ walk to some incredibly popular beaches. A real one of a kind.
