*** Vendor's comments*** "I bought this property for the size of the rooms, its location and the fact it was a period conversion. There are a few mansion style apartments and purpose built properties in the area but I wanted a period conversion. I have owned the flat for the last 13 years and it has been a great home and investment: The property has never been empty since I have owned it and it rents out very easily. I love the space and the abundance of natural light you get from both the front and back of the property. I have two large bedrooms, both doubles. One of the things I love about the flat is the spacious rooms and that we have separate kitchen and reception rooms. I kept the original floors I found when I lifted up the old carpets, the fire place and the picture rails. I was very happy living in the property as was my tenant whom has loved living here, it is such a quiet & peaceful location. Streatham Hill & Norwood High Streets are both within walking distance with a grand range of shops, bars & restaurants. I love the Blackbird bakery on Norwood Road or there is another one in nearby Streatham as well. Crystal Palace is only two stops from West Norwood & Brixton only three stops the other way. The buses 315,417 & N137 all run at the top of the road so the location has great transport links into London."
