"In the 3 years of living here Walthamstow has flourished into an even nicer community with a focus on art (the Art Trail), music (the Garden Party in Lloyd Park) and well-being (Walthamstow Wetlands). Seeing Crate St. James' transformed from a barren area to a lively collection of unique shops, bars and eateries has been a particular spectacle and the area will no doubt continue to grow and improve with many more exciting ventures in the pipeline. Walthamstow Village has been a favourite for a special meal at the Orford Rd Tapas Bar, and equally many fun evenings have been spent in the Shernhall Street area at God's Own Junkyard or the Wild Card Brewery. The flat has been a joy to live in and benefits from being on a really quiet and peaceful road with lovely neighbours as well as very close to the buzz of the market and many other establishments for exploring.
