"We have absolutely loved living on Ritchings Avenue, it's a gorgeous, quiet and friendly road with brilliant access to Walthamstow high street, St James Street and the brilliant new breweries and Victoria line at Blackhorse Road. It's fantastic living in such a residential place with so many restaurants, pubs and cafes and into central London in 15 minutes. The neighbours are so friendly and always looking out for each other and the road is not a through road so really quiet.
You have everything you need on your doorstep with Forest Wine, One for the Road beer shop, Jaunty coffee shop and Tesco two minutes up the Road. Stoney Down Park is just around the corner and we are in it most days using the brilliant play grounds or walking around the park.
We are so close to the Wetlands also where we spend loads of time walking and going for a coffee. It's a short walk to Lloyd Park for the lovely weekend market and a bit more green space. We wouldn't leave the street if we weren't leaving London. We really feel like we hit the jackpot when we moved in and we'll be sad to leave but know whoever moves in will be really happy here."
